Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handle planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project
• Guide the team as an agile coach on best practices
• Leading the development team by ensuring high quality deliverables on time and on budget
• Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
• Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
• Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
• Present status reports of the project to the senior officials of the organization & clients
• RFP review, analysis and proposal development
• Client liaison, requirement gathering & analysis

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management using Agile methodologies
• Good hands on experience in Project Management tools to include Microsoft Project and Jira
• Experience with a geographically distributed development teams
• Strong writing, communication & presentation skills
• Must have excellent track record of successful delivery of medium to large scale USA based clients’ projects and/or Products
• Good knowledge & experience in RFP review, analysis and proposal development
• Experience in client coordination, requirement understanding & system analysis
