As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue-generating efforts and drive strategic growth.
Role Overview:
As CRO, you will be responsible for leading the sales organization, with a focus on predictable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention. You’ll develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals, working closely with other members of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

- Drive the advancement of a comprehensive, cross-functional revenue strategy that aligns with company-wide objectives, unlocks new monetization opportunities, and supports scalable, sustainable growth.
- Own the top-line revenue targets and manage performance.
- Partner with the executive team to continue to shape company vision, GTM strategy, and product-market fit.
Sales & Business Development

- Proactively build, nurture, and close high-value relationships with global advertising agencies and senior decision-makers at direct-to-brand companies. The ideal candidate brings a strong, existing network within the advertising and brand ecosystem and is eager to seamlessly integrate these relationships to accelerate FYI’s growth and impact.
- Oversee sales strategy, pipeline development, and execution for both brand and agency partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate new revenue channels and relationships including international markets, platform integrations, or white-labeled solutions.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, YouTube), SaaS providers, and agencies.
- Negotiate and structure high-value deals and alliances that drive growth and reach.
Team Leadership & Performance

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing revenue teams across functions.
- Expand a culture of integrity, passion, accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Define KPIs and ensure teams meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Ownership and execution of Sales Contracts
Qualifications:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior revenue roles in Marketing/Advertising, AdTech, or Influencer Marketing environment.
- Track record of scaling Annual Revenue to $50M+ or similar growth benchmarks.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem, creator economy, and digital advertising trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM, revenue forecasting, and performance analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
