Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Health Systems

Helia | Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time

Who We Are

Helia is the bill-only automation company for healthcare. We validate contracts, pricing, and order data on both sides of the transaction, health system and supplier, before the order is placed, preventing the errors and reconciliation that legacy solutions only catch after the fact. Helia is the connective layer between health systems and suppliers, built on a shared source of truth that holds every transaction in alignment before problems can form.

To support our growth, we are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the success of our health system accounts after go-live, driving adoption on both sides and the value realization that keep customers growing with Helia for the long term.

What You Will Do

At Helia, the Enterprise Customer Success Manager is the person who makes sure every health system & supplier in their portfolio is genuinely healthy, actively transacting, and getting measurable value from Helia. You will own a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts and be their primary point of contact after implementation. You will work proactively, meaning you will not wait for customers to tell you something is wrong. You will be watching the data, building the relationships, and getting ahead of issues before they become problems.

Success in this role requires someone who thinks like a growth partner, not just a relationship manager. You will be identifying which facilities are underutilizing Helia and building a plan to change that. You will be working with supply chain and operations leaders to connect more suppliers, drive more transactions between health systems and suppliers, and demonstrate the measurable value that comes from higher coverage. On any given day you might be walking a supply chain director through a supplier gap analysis, coordinating with your internal team to activate a new supplier across three facilities, or preparing a business review that makes the case for expanding Helia's footprint into a new department or site. The health systems you work with are large, complex organizations, and the opportunities for growth within each are significant.

  • Own a portfolio of health system accounts and serve as their primary relationship contact after go-live
  • Monitor account health across three core metrics, spend coverage, transaction coverage, and supplier coverage, and take proactive action when any account is trending in the wrong direction
  • Build and maintain relationships with the right stakeholders at each health system, from facility-level operations managers to supply chain directors
  • Identify which suppliers should be connected for each customer and drive their activation across the account
  • Prepare and lead business reviews that tell a clear story about the value Helia is delivering and what comes next
  • Support renewal conversations by bringing documented evidence of the impact Helia has had
  • Bring the voice of the customer back into Helia, surfacing patterns, product feedback, and risks to the right internal teams

Experience You Will Need

  • 5 or more years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar post-sale role in a B2B environment
  • A track record of managing enterprise accounts and holding yourself accountable to retention and growth outcomes
  • Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations where decisions move slowly and relationships matter
  • Strong communication skills and the executive presence to hold a peer-level conversation with a supply chain director, a VP of Operations, or a CFO
  • Comfort working with data and dashboards, the ability to read account health signals and translate them into a clear story for the customer
  • A proactive work style, someone who looks at a portfolio and asks what needs attention, not someone who waits for a customer to escalate

Optional Experiences We Would Love

  • Experience in healthcare technology, health systems, medical devices, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with two-sided or multi-stakeholder business models where adoption from both parties drives value
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook is still being built
  • Exposure to supply chain or procurement workflows, particularly in a hospital or health system setting

What Success Looks Like

  • You'll own account health across your portfolio
  • You'll drive spend coverage and transaction coverage at each account
  • You'll own supplier coverage growth, measured by the number of active suppliers connected per health system and facility
  • You'll complete business reviews on schedule for every account in your portfolio
  • You'll contribute directly to retention and expansion, supporting renewal conversations with documented value and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship

Why Helia

  • Your work will have a direct, visible impact on how our customers experience Helia every single day
  • You will be part of building something, not just maintaining it
  • There is real room to grow into a leadership role as the team scales
  • You will be surrounded by a small team that is smart, driven, and genuinely collaborative
  • Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a performance bonus, and equity participation for all employees

If you are someone who builds strong relationships, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to work on something that is genuinely changing how healthcare operates, we would love to hear from you.
