About Neon:

Neon is a fast-growing customer engagement platform helping restaurants, retailers, and hospitality brands modernize their in-store experience with digital signage, music, Wi-Fi, and more. With clients across the U.S. and growing international operations, we’re expanding our creative team in Tirana to help bring our brand and our customers’ stories to life.

The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in Tirana. You’ll play a key role in producing visuals for Neon’s marketing campaigns, client content, digital signage screens, social media, and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on design role with room to grow and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Design branded content for Neon clients to be displayed on digital signage, including menus, promotional offers, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media graphics, campaign visuals, and client case studies
• Assist in designing internal assets for presentations, sales materials, product mockups, and more
• Work directly with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Help create, maintain, and improve content templates in Neon Studio (our in-house design tool)
• Occasionally support video editing, animation, or layout projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or tech/startup background is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a bonus
• Strong visual design skills and an eye for typography, layout, and color
• Experience designing for digital formats (social, web, screen content, etc.)
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Portfolio required to apply
