We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the healthcare industry. This role offers the opportunity to design and execute impactful marketing strategies, drive brand visibility, and support business growth. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and business growth targets.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for brand expansion.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.
- Oversee content creation across multiple platforms—blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage and coordinate events, webinars, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ensure marketing strategies and materials comply with healthcare industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology domain.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, lead generation).
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, and campaign management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling and branding.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels.
