About the Role

As a Client Partner, you will serve as the strategic advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of schools. This role combines sales, customer success, and account management, ensuring a seamless and impactful partnership experience for schools.

From consultative sales to onboarding and long-term relationship building, you’ll take ownership of the client journey, driving enrollment growth and institutional success for the schools you support. What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

● Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective schools, cultivating meaningful relationships with

decision-makers.

● Conduct consultative sales calls to identify each school’s unique needs and present tailored Schola solutions.

● Navigate complex sales cycles and align multiple stakeholders to secure long-term partnership agreements.

Onboarding & Implementation

● Serve as the primary guide for new schools, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and rapid time-to-value (TTV).

● Lead engaging kickoff and training sessions to empower schools to maximize the value of Schola’s platform and services.

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

● Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with school leaders to set and achieve their enrollment and growth goals.

● Analyze enrollment funnel data to uncover trends, mitigate risks, and identify optimization opportunities.

● Leverage Schola’s nationwide insights to deliver strategic recommendations tailored to regional and

institutional needs.

● Build connections between schools, peer institutions, and resources to support their growth and success.

Customer Success & Retention

● Monitor customer health metrics, campaign performance, and platform usage, addressing risks proactively.

● Deliver monthly strategy sessions and Executive School Reviews with actionable insights and tailored recommendations.

● Act as the Voice of the Customer, gathering feedback to drive product and service improvements.

Account Management & Growth

● Maintain detailed account documentation and health scores in HubSpot to ensure visibility and organization across your portfolio.

● Communicate partnership progress, measurable success, and key metrics to stakeholders.

● Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion, while leading renewal conversations to secure ongoing partnerships.

Collaboration & Innovation

● Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless experience for schools.

● Provide insights and feedback to inform Schola’s product roadmap and strengthen our impact on education.
