Strategic Partnership & Advisory
●Act as a trusted advisor, working with schools to optimize their enrollment and maximize their investment in Schola.
● Leverage data-driven insights to demonstrate measurable impact and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities.
● Connect schools with peer institutions and best practices to drive greater success.
Customer Success & Retention
● Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, ensuring long-term revenue retention and account expansion.
● Monitor customer health scores and campaign performance, proactively addressing risks to maintain high retention rates.
● Deliver monthly strategy sessions and Executive School Reviews to showcase results and highlight new opportunities.
● Act as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring feedback is used to enhance Schola’s offerings.
Account Management & Growth
● Maintain detailed account documentation and health scores in HubSpot to ensure visibility and organization across your portfolio.
● Communicate partnership progress, measurable success, and key metrics to stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion, while leading renewal conversations to secure ongoing partnerships.
Collaboration & Innovation
● Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless experience for schools.
● Provide insights and feedback to inform Schola’s product roadmap and strengthen our impact on education.
What We’re Looking For
