Automates data intake and service delivery process for tax firms.

We're a post-revenue, seed stage B2B startup with ARR growing double digits per month. We’ve recently found product market fit and looking to double down on our MVPs into scale-able product.

We're an engineering team of 6 full-stack engineers looking for a senior software engineer to help us scale our product. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services

Skills & experience we're looking for:

• Production experience with Ruby on Rails and Python.
• At least 4 years of full-time experience as a software engineer.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
• Willingness to work hard and drive objectives to completion autonomously
• Experience working with LLM, such as GPT-3+, LLAMA, Open AI, or similar.
• Understanding Transformer Architecture.
• Experience with LLM tuning, from prompt engineering, instruction tuning, RLHF, parameter-efficient tuning.
• Experience with embeddings, and tools like langchain, pinecone etc.
• Experience with the modern ML stack (e.g., TF2, Jax, TPUs).
• Experience scraping and incorporate data at scale from public and private sources.

Bonus if:

• You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API).
• You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done.
• You've directly worked with a founder before.

The typical interview process should take 20-30 days from start to finish. That said, we have moved more quickly and look to accommodate candidates who might have a short timeline or competing offers. The more information you can share about your situation and where you are in the process, the more we can either attempt to expedite/match, or save you time if we cannot.
