About the role

Soraban is a B2B SaaS startup that builds software to help accountants automate client data intake and workflows. With fast-growing ARR and accelerating demand, we’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to architect and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that fuel GTM velocity.

This role is expected to come into office 5 days a week in our Tempe, AZ office. You’ll be initially reporting to the CEO.

What You’ll Do

Build & Optimize the Revenue Engine

  • Own end-to-end RevOps strategy, infrastructure, and execution across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Design and manage scalable processes for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Manage our GTM tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, enablement).
  • Ensure data integrity, visibility, and consistency across all revenue systems.

Enable GTM Teams

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to operationalize targets and KPIs.
  • Build dashboards, insights, and automated reporting that improve decision-making and performance.
  • Drive initiatives to help reps close faster, onboard better, and deliver consistent customer value.

Analyze & Collaborate

  • Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and work with teams to improve.
  • Report customer behavior and revenue trends to inform GTM strategy and product prioritization.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Leadership to align forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), revenue analytics, automation tools, and GTM workflows.
  • Proven ability to build and scale RevOps foundations in a fast-growing startup.
  • Analytical and modeling skills — comfortable making decisions with data.
  • Experience at a Series A–C stage company.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional work.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment.

Bonus

  • Experience supporting GTM function within the accounting, tax, or professional services industry.
  • Expertise in Hubspot.
  • Prior ownership of revenue systems implementation.
