About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to increase the speed and quality of our marketing execution.

Right now, we have more opportunity than we can execute on. This role exists to turn ideas into campaigns, campaigns into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue.

You will own campaigns end-to-end—from concept to launch to iteration.

This is not a coordination role. You will build.

What you’ll do

  • Launch marketing campaigns across email, content, and distribution channels
  • Write high-quality marketing assets (emails, landing pages, content)
  • Own execution in HubSpot (workflows, lists, campaigns, reporting)
  • Improve lead follow-up and nurture to increase conversion
  • Work directly with sales and CS to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Ship quickly, measure results, and iterate

What we’re looking for

  • 4–7 years in B2B marketing
  • You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
  • Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
  • Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
  • High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment

  • Not a pure content role
  • Not a junior coordinator
  • Not a strategy-only position

About the interview

1. Intro Call (20–30 min)
A quick conversation to learn about your background and experience.

2. Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
A deeper discussion on campaigns you’ve owned, how you think about execution, and how you approach marketing problems.
We’ll also walk through a short live scenario and writing exercise.

3. Final Conversation (15–30 min)
A conversation with our CEO and hiring manger to understand how you think and operate.
