Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator
Symmetry Software
Symmetry is the payroll infrastructure for software & payroll platforms powering the paychecks of over 64 million workers each year. Our fully integrated suite of payroll tax APIs and software tools allows companies to solve tax compliance issues and build applications across the entirety of the payroll process.
About the Role:
At Symmetry, we're building the future of payroll compliance technology. We have a powerful vision and an ambitious growth plan. But brilliant strategy is nothing without tactical execution. That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our lead acquisition engine. This isn't a role about sitting in meetings; it's about making things happen. You will be the central hub that connects our campaigns, events, content, and agency partners, ensuring every moving part of our demand generation machine is running smoothly and on time. This is a key role with a direct impact on our pipeline and revenue, offering a front-row seat to building a world-class B2B SaaS marketing function.
About the Team:
Symmetry's Marketing team is dedicated to building brand awareness and driving enterprise demand for our payroll compliance solutions. Our core mission is to achieve significant growth and position Symmetry as a leader in "infrastructure as a service (IaaS)" for payroll compliance. We are developing a robust enterprise marketing team encompassing demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, analytics and reporting, and customer marketing.
This is a chance to gain broad experience across digital marketing, events, and content while learning from an experienced and collaborative team. You’ll make a direct contribution to business growth by helping ensure campaigns, events, and content run smoothly and effectively.
At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build hands-on experience with a modern marketing tech stack.
- Gain exposure to demand generation strategies that connect marketing activities directly to revenue.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership—developing communication and collaboration skills that accelerate career growth.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Grow into more ownership over campaigns, events, and operations as you gain experience. As our Demand Generation Coordinator, you will be the master of logistics and the keeper of our plan. Your mission is to bring our marketing strategy to life through meticulous coordination and execution.
- Advertising Campaigns: Assist with the coordination of LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered and launches run smoothly.
- Digital Events: Support the planning and logistics of webinars, including registration setup, speaker coordination, Zoom platform management, and follow-up reporting in HubSpot.
- Field Marketing: Help manage logistics for hosted events—event planning, venue coordination, guest experience, branded materials, and lead capture tools.
- Content & AI-Enabled Workflows: Work with our content agency to track deadlines, route drafts for internal review, and explore AI-powered tools to speed up copy, design feedback, or analytics.
- Project & Calendar Management: Maintain and update the demand generation calendar to help the team stay aligned on campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
Here’s what we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who gets a deep sense of satisfaction from a perfectly executed project. You're a natural organizer who lives by checklists and timelines, but you also understand the bigger picture you're contributing to.
- 2+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Reliable follow-through—you take responsibility for your commitments.
- Clear communicator who works well with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable learning new tools. Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Marketing Automation (HubSpot or similar)
- CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Events (Zoom or other webinar platforms)
- Project Management (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Glean) for content, reporting, or campaign efficiency
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $63,000/yr - $78,000/yr in Scottsdale, Arizona. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Symmetry has a physical office space in Scottsdale. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
When approved to work from a location other than the office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
