Position Overview

Join a supportive, team-oriented dental practice as a New Graduate Dental Hygienist. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, strong work-life balance, and flexible scheduling while delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Part-time option: Thursdays only
• Single column hygiene schedule
• Appointment times:
  • Prophy: 1 hour
  • Prophy with X-rays: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • New patients: 1.5 hours
  • Scaling & Root Planing (SRP): 1.5 – 2 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Take and interpret radiographs for diagnostic purposes
• Conduct oral health assessments and provide patient education on preventative treatments
• Deliver preventative therapies and routine hygiene services
• Monitor patients under nitrous oxide and administer local anesthesia as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Newly graduated RDH or equivalent licensure
• Certification in Local Anesthesia required
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, team-driven environment
